Some of the additional features include - Red Blood, Sekai following Makoto with her bloody knife and angry face, dripping blood, sound effects of the stabbing, Kotonoha holding her bloody weapon to Sekai's throat, a glint sound for Kotonoha's weapon and more sound effects and red blood.
