I looooove this anime, it is by far my favorite of the new season. I have only seen three episodes, but I am dying to see more. Not sure how it can only be 11 episodes, though. 11 episodes of Akira is not enough. I am sure others agree! I have not seen many modern day spy and terrorist anime, although my other favorite of the season is Requiem For The Phantom and they are modern day assassins, so yes. Phantom's just hot. The ending theme gets me all excited because Zwei looks so psychotic shooting at the dog, but so hot. Okay. Screencaps.
