A Crime of Passion - Love At First Sight - Jerome Pradon.

I love Jerome Pradon, for those that do not know. I love musicals and he is my favorite male performer from musicals, mainly for his version of Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar! Lots of people say that he over-acted in JCSS, but if you ask me, the others just weren't as good as him! Judas is miserable, he should be dramatic and his suicide should be whiny!

But omg, I finally got this... I don't know if I should call it a soundtrack because it's a literature-piece, not really under musicals, but the words-lyrics are so awesome! Especially this song. There is another song called 'Knives' where he sings about how all the sharp things in his house are calling out murder and dread to him, ranging from his knives to cleavers to the nail file.

I love his voice! He did this whole thing on his own, he's so insane. This song is crazy. I couldn't find any lyrics to it, though, so I had to kind of do it on my own, which wasn't easy. Some things I just can't figure out and it's annoying. Those would be the lines with the (?) after it. Listen to it! It's crazy and has intense lyrics. It was originally in French, translated into English. I also added it to my playlist at the end.

Rough lyrics since I couldn't find them anywhere - I had to do them myself.

Wait and see
I will make your dreams come true
That is what you said to me
and you even said I love you

You carried into my heart and my bed
All the frightening fantasies
of the poems locked in my head

Oh my dear, how you've made me change my ways
Taught new words and dried my tears
Brought new colors to my days
Now my dear, it's my turn to be amazed
Every single day
Cast aside the gray
Promise you Always

Life before was a heavy cross to bear
Suicide attempting dolt
To escape a frozen nightmare

Now you're here
Nothing matters anymore
All the cold has disappeared.

You healed my fear.
My fear. My fear.

You aren't afraid of Hell
You cast a magic spell
You have such tales to tell
When I'm with you - all is well
You laugh at my certitude
Brighten my every mood
Shake up my solitude
My eternal latitude
Books that I might have read
Words that I might have said
Paths that I might have tread

With you or now all ahead (?)
You set my whole life a flame
You put the sun to shame
You made me break my chains
With you nothing is the same.
The same. The same.
The same.

You cut short all my growing liberty
And inflicted the same sword
on my new born sense of beauty.

You bound me in a web of cruel deceit.
Holding out the blasphemy
Of promises you could not keep.

I am lost.
How my bleeding heart turns numb.
As your fingers slip across
In a wandering requiem.
In your arms there's a familiar torture
So I will defer
Little Lucifer
Do what you prefer

Now as one
May our bodies set the stage
And [someword-dly] become (?)
A symbol of lover's courage
No regrets
If you let this passion burn
Make [em for a] pay your debts. (?)
Join them til death.
Til Death. Til Death.

You aren't afraid of Hell
You cast a magic spell
You have such tales to tell
When I'm with you - all is well
You laugh at my certitude
Brighten my every mood
Shake up my solitude
My eternal latitude
Books that I might have read
Words that I might have said
Paths that I might have tread

With you or now all ahead (?)
You set my whole life a flame
You put the sun to shame
You made me break my chains
With you nothing is the same.
The same. The same.

[Spoken]

In the flea market of love
I found a Suffering Machine
The salesman said to me
Take it! Take it!
I'll give it to you for nothing
It's yours!
It's hard to tell just by looking, but with this machine, you can suffer to your heart's content.
